Memorial Donation
Adding a loved ones name to our current plaque is $50. Contact us for more details on adding a loved ones name to the memorial @ Departed Golfers. Loved ones names can be added to the future memorial. This will include a name plaque with a QR code. Family and friends can submit a picture and a Bio that can be accessed via the QR code.
